Presentation abstract
Most of the agile projects are implementing partial characters from the agile and scrum methodology. Many of the agile challenges across the world occur when agile meets cultural factors. We are the Falafel-land; we bag multi-calories greasy ingredients into pita bread but drink “diet coke”…. We Use Mercedes’ key holder even though we own Subaru; we cannot find “secretary” only “administration managers”….. In this session we will try to count some of the Local Israeli cultural factors and their impact on agile projects.
