Delivering effectively in the internet age

Presentation abstract

Internet has changed the software game forever in more ways than
people often imagine – technology aside, businesses now expect to see
results of software projects much faster and more frequently. Gojko
Adzic will convince you that to be competitive, we can no longer cling
on to the old world concepts of how software ships, in particular
things that drown us in bureaucracy such as long pipelines and role
silos. He will present alternative approaches, that are based on trust
and collaboration, which successful teams worldwide use to ship high
quality software effectively.

In the keynote we would like to try and kickoff the conference by
explaining what is this “gap”, and provide the motivation for
increased collaboration between testers, developers & business people.
