Presentation abstract
The most required factor, upon which agile implementation relays on is ‘constant change’. In order to get better (different) and improved results, a team needs to change its behavior. The same happens with agile teams – after implementation within the development teams, testing teams are coming to realize they have to change as well in order to match a new and different pace.
But the real question is How? and from where to start?
In my presentation I shall review the challenges that agile testing teams needs to overcome within an agile environment, when moving from traditional testing: “through the code over the wall to the QA”, into adding value format, where things are done differently. I shall bring some examples, and suggest some ideas for performing that change.
