Weaning a Legacy Platform From Offshore QA

Presentation abstract

In the Agile world “offshore” is a dirty word. But legacy platforms, for good reasons, have been built and maintained with
dependencies on large offshore QA teams, and shedding such dependencies is not as simple as breaking down cubes. Our project team has been successfully weaning our legacy platform of its offshore QA dependency by increasing code quality, taking ownership of functional quality and gradually making the offshore QA process irrelevant.
