Practical Agile using Visual Studio 2010

Presentation abstract

Agile is incredibly simple on the surface but touches profoundly on people, process and technology.

Being agile means changing habits and adopting a new mind-set, but it also means that we need to use the right tools for the right mission so that we can actually implement the practices.

Visual Studio 2010 Platform offers a set of tools to help us plan, track and deliver high quality software while implementing agile practices.

In this session, I will demonstrate how real-world team members embrace agile development processes by using Visual Studio 2010 and Team Foundation Server to manage development.

This session will also include a real-world scenario of agile implementation using Visual Studio 2010, presented by Dudu Shmaya R&D Director at Artizone and a former TFS consultant.
